This is an announcement directing interested parties to the FedConnect web page at https://www.fedconnect.net/FedConnect/ where details of a U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) Request for Proposal (RFP) G16PS00120 amendment 000003 may be viewed. This RFP is replacing G15PS00199 which was cancelled. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6. This RFP constitutes the only solicitation. Technical Volumes and Firm-fixed Price Proposals are being requested for the Logistical and Scientific Support Services. The posted RFP contains a description of the required services, Instruction to Offerors, Statement of Work, RFP attachments, and applicable terms and conditions. All offerors who have the ability to meet all the requirements within the RFP (either solely or through a prime/sub-contractor relationship), have a valid Dun & Bradstreet Number (DUNS) and are registered in SAM.gov are invited to submit electronic proposals via email to the USGS Contracting Officer for the posted RFP. This synopsis/solicitation is being issued as a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this acquisition 541614 - Process, Physical, Distribution, and Logistics Consulting Services.
