TD-208 Pusher Tug FY26 Dry Docking

The Maritime Administration (MARAD) is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation for the dry-docking and repair of the TD-208 Pusher Tug. Classified under NAICS 336611 for Ship Building and Repairing and PSC J020 for maintenance, repair, and rebuilding of ship and marine equipment, this procurement is designated as an SBA Small Business Administration set-aside. The government intends to deliver the vessel to the contractor’s facility within three working days of the notice to proceed, provided there are no weather-related or unforeseen delays. The required place of performance is the Hampton Roads area of Virginia, including the James River, all branches of the Elizabeth River, York River, Mobjack Bay, and their tributaries.
