7010--VISN 1 RTLS Sustainment IDIQ

36C24120D0022_1 SCOPE OF WORK This is an indefinite-quantity contract for the RTLS sustainment supplies and services specified in solicitation 36C24120R0006. Quantities of supplies and services are not specified and are not purchased by this base contract. The total minimum guaranteed amount that will be acquired under this contract is $1,500,000. This minimum is applicable to the first year of the contract and is a onetime guarantee. The total maximum amount that will be acquired under this contract is $6,000,000 for all orders for the four-year period of performance. The Contractor shall provide RTLS Operation and Maintenance (O&M) services, inclusive of RTLS application client and server software, operating system maintenance, operational support services and RTLS hardware. The Contractor shall provide these services for the RTLS production and pre-production environments deployed the VA Medical Centers (VAMCs) listed in Table 1, Section 4.2. The Contractor shall operate, repair, and maintain systems, applications, and Information Technology (IT) environments in support of RTLS applications and system components. The RTLS sustainment services shall include the following functions: Preventive Maintenance: The proactive modification of RTLS products to detect and correct latent operating defects or conditions before they become effective faults. Corrective Maintenance: The reactive maintenance performed to identify, isolate, and rectify RTLS operating faults. Adaptive Maintenance: Adaptive Maintenance: The proactive or reactive modifications performed to keep RTLS operations viable and products usable in a changing environment. PERFORMANCE PERIOD The Period of Performance (PoP) shall be 4 years from the date of award.
