Grant Compliance Audit Services for Colombia, on behalf of the Inter-American Foundation (IAF)

The purpose of this amendment is to answer vendor generated questions. Please see the attached documents Questions and Answers.xlsx, and PWS- Spanish Colombia Auditor.pdf. The Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of the Inter-American Foundation (IAF), is soliciting for Grant Compliance Audit Services in Colombia as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Government anticipates awarding an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Task Orders (TO) containing Fixed Rate Labor and Not-to-Exceed (NTE) Travel Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINS) for grant auditing services resulting from this solicitation and based on the evaluation criteria established in the attached Cover Letter and PWS. In addition to the proposal for all requirements, all information required on the clause package, including any instructions to vendors, must be completed and included with your quote. The Government intends to select one contractor for award. The Government anticipates making award without further exchanges; therefore, it is the responsibility of each offer to submit a package that complies with all aspects of this solicitation. We cannot assure an answer to questions submitted after this deadline.
