NNSY intends to modernize three (3) 100‑ton Heavy Lift Transporters (HLTs), manufactured in 2011, Model: 100‑Ton Heavy Lift Transporter, with serial numbers 125, 126, and 127. The modernization effort will replace all major components, parts, and systems with new, current‑generation technology, while retaining the frame chassis, engine, and generator, which remain fully serviceable

All proprietary information must be clearly marked. The Government may request follow‑up clarification from individual respondents as needed.
