The International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs Office (INL) in Bogota has a requirement for a Marine Personnel Transport Vessel for Colombia.

All intererested sellers should submit their quotations according to the attached INL_RFQ-PR15414031 ***no later than March 9, 2026 at 4:00 pm local Bogota time*** via email to [email protected] and [email protected]. No quotations will be accepted after this time.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prerpared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additonal information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested by this notice alone, and a written solicitation will not be issued. To be considered for award, please follow the instructions included in Section 3 of the INL-RFQ Document.

Also attached is a NOTICE OF INTENT and justification to award a brand-name procurement action as follows:

NAICS Code: 441222 - Boat Dealers.

This procurement action is being conducted in accordance with the statutory authority of FAR Part 6.302-1, which states that only one brand-name and no other will satisfy Embassy Bogota requirements.
