Amendment 0007 extends the due date for receipt of proposals to Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at 2:00PM EST. The FAA will not consider any extensions past the April 4, 2017 deadline. Amendment 0006 deletes Attachment B-1 Pricing Spreadsheet_24 March 2017 REVISION 2 and replaces it with Attachment B-1 Pricing Spreadsheet_28 March 2017. All prior versions of Attachment B-1 are obsolete. In addition, the due date for receipt of Attachment J-3 Past Performance Questionnaire is extended from March 24, 2017 to Thursday, March 30, 2017 2:00PM EST. Amendment 0002 responds to questions received in response to the SIR DTFACT-17-R-00014 and replaces the following attachments: DTFACT-17-R-00014 02 March2017 pages 2-85; Attachments B-1 Pricing Spreadsheet; C-1 CWP SOW; C2 CWP SOW Labor Category Description; and J-3 Past Performance Questionnaire. The due date for receipt of proposals is extended to March 30, 2017 2:OOPM EST. The due date for J-3 Past Performance Questionnaires is extended to March 24, 2017 2:00PM EST. The Federal Aviation Administration has a requirement to obtain business program management, project management, and information technology (IT) services to support the operation and maintenance of the FAAs Corporate Work Plan (CWP) System. This requirement is sponsored by the CWP Program Office (ABP 360) within the Office of Budget and Programs (ABP-1). The attached Statement of Work describes the CWP System and the FAAs specific requirements. The FAA seeks to award a single, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract for a one year Base period of performance and four (4) one year options. Task orders issued will be primarily Time and Material and, when in the FAAs best interest, Firm Fixed Price. Options will be priced and evaluated for award purposes as part of the offerors proposal in accordance with AMS 3.2.4-31 (April 1996). This acquisition is set aside exclusively for competition among Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Business SEDB 8(a) concerns that are expressly certified by the Small Business Administration (SBA) for participation in the SBAs 8(a) program. The applicable North American Industry Classification Code applicable to this requirement is 541519, Other Computer Related Services; with a size standard of $27.5 Million. Responses to questions will be provided to all offerors as an amendment to this announcement prior to the due date for receipt of proposals. Offerors are encouraged to pay particular attention to Section L of the attached SIR for specific instructions on how to prepare and submit proposals.
