The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) is issuing a solicitation for a SonarWiz Air-gapped License Office Suite. This procurement is a five-year contract for a four-license bundle. The agency intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract on a sole-source basis to Chesapeake Technology, Inc. The software is currently in use and is required to maintain data compatibility within the project. The government has determined that alternative software would cause data compatibility issues that could prevent the project from meeting its objectives. Additionally, the software is not available through standard distribution channels. Performance will take place in Panama City Beach, Florida.
