The FAA, through the NEXTOR III program, is interested in acquiring services focusing on improving the aviation transportation community by: advancing new ideas and paradigms for aviation operations; educating and training aviation professionals; and promoting knowledge exchange among universities/colleges, industry, federal government, and academic leaders. The anticipated contract type for this acquisition is a Cost Reimbursement, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with associated task orders. This requirement is under the primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541715 (Research and Development in the Physical, Engineering, and Life Sciences (except Nanotechnology and Biotechnology) with a size standard of 1500 employees. All interested sources are referred to the attached SIR. Directions regarding proposal submission can be noted within SIR Section L, INSTRUCTIONS, CONDITIONS AND NOTICES TO OFFERORS.
