All other terms and conditions remain the same. 27 September 2021 - Amendment 0002 revises Sections L and M. All other terms and conditions remain the same. 15 September 2021 - Amendment 0001 revises Section L, updates the bidder inquiry key for ProjNet and adds the Section J worksheet. All other terms and conditions remain the same. The Offeror is required to submit its offer on or before13 October 2021 at 2 pm central time (local time) in accordance with the instructions found in Section L of the Solicitation. The resulting contract(s) awarded under this solicitation will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Single Task Order Contract (SATOC) as part of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District. This is an ID/IQ, SATOC for Environmental Remediation Services (ERS) 8(a) Set-Aside under NAICS Code 562910, in support of the US Army Corps of Engineers, Northwestern Division, Omaha District and its existing customers. Task orders will be issued as the need arises during the ordering period. Task orders may be firm-fixed price as identified in Section C. The contract is required to be registered under NAICS code 562910 in the System for Award Management (SAM) located at https//www/sam.gov/SAM/. The estimated maximum value for all orders issued against this SATOC is $47 Million. There is no limit on the number of task orders that may be execute against the SATOC.
