Opportunity

The Law Enforcement Safety and Compliance Directorate (LESC)on behalf of Operations Support (OS), U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), on behalf of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), is solicitingproposals in response to request for proposal (RFP) 70B06C20R00000002 for 9mm Service Ammunition. The Government intends to make up to 3 awards resulting from this solicitation. However, the Government reserves the right to make additional awards or a single indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract award if the quality and pricing of the proposals received would be in the Governments best interest. The anticipated contract(s) will be issued with a five (5) year period of performance. All salient characteristics and terms are defined in the attached statement of work (SOW), which is included in the RFP. The RFP is issued on a full and open competitive basis. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332992, (Small arms ammunition manufacturing), andis determined to be appropriate for this project.
