SPECIALIZED EQUIPMENT SERVICE CONTRACT AT MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP BUTLER, U.S. NAVAL HOSPITAL (USNH) & BRANCH CLINICS/FACILITIES OKINAWA, JAPAN
