DPW BPA Supply Program - HVAC Supplies

The Mission & Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Bragg, NC intends to solicit for multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA)s, up to ten, for supplies under North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 333415: Air Conditioning and Warm Air Heating Equipment and Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Equipment Manufacturing. The small business size standard for this industry is 1,250 employees. The Vendor shall provide HVAC supply provide parts, component supplies and equipment items for the Department of Public Works on Fort Bragg, NC. The solicitation will be issued to vendors who initially responded to the Sources Sought Synopsis associated with this pre-solicitation, W9124720QHC01, posted June 3, 2020. BPAs will be evaluated annually and may remain in place for up to five years. When establishing these BPAs the Government will consider: Socio-economic status; past performance, where past performance information exists; and technical capabilities. As prescribed in FAR 52.204-7, interested parties must be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM), representations and certifications must also be on record. These registrations can be done through the System for Award Management (SAM) for free at http://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. SAM registration must be complete prior to entering into a BPA.
