RB WAN RFI - Final (28May2026).docx | DOCX | May 28, 2026 |
Rogue Blue Software - Wide Area Network (WAN) - Request for Information
The Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC) Combatant Command C2 Division (NCC) is conducting market research for the Rogue Blue Software (RBS) Wide Area Network (WAN). The government is seeking a secure Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) WAN to extend the RBS development platform across various CONUS locations. This network must provide controlled, monitored, and encrypted connections between local development platforms and endpoints including Federal facilities, partner sites, and cloud service provider datacenters. The initial requirement involves two 1Gbps Ethernet Private Line (EPL) services connecting Offutt Air Force Base and Eglin Air Force Base. The architecture must support EGSNet/L2VPN/EVPN for secure segmentation. This RFI focuses on five Key Performance Parameters (KPPs) and two Key System Attributes (KSAs) regarding security, monitoring, and deployment speed. Submissions require a capability statement, technical approach, and a rough order of magnitude (ROM) for a 12-month period of performance. The Air Force is seeking fully managed, end-to-end WAN services to connect Offutt Air Force Base and Eglin Air Force Base. The architecture must use EGSNet/L2VPN/EVPN to ensure secure segmentation and connectivity. This RFI gathers technical approaches and cost estimates for a 12-month period of performance with potential for future expansion. Provide a technical approach for network monitoring, incident response, and long-term sustainment.
