3. Offerors shall provide Letters of Commitment and comply with all requirements in accordance with FAR 52.212-2, ADDENDUM TO EVALUATION – COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES (NOV 2021), Factor 1 – Technical Capability, Subfactor 3: Letters of Commitment.
