The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price contract to the responsible vendor whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, is most advantageous to the Government. For evaluation purposes, preference will be given to vendors who provide a quote for the total requirement (all line items). However, the Government will consider and may accept partial quotes.
