Joint Transportation Management System (JTMS) Implementation

You are invited to submit a proposal in response to the Joint Transportation Management System (JTMS) Implementation solicitation. The principal purpose of this requirement is to reengineer business processes, perform data interface/integration services, implement a single, integrated system, and leverage commercial software to conduct transportation, financial, and logistical operations for approximately 36,000 users across the Joint Deployment and Distribution Enterprise.This competitive acquisition will result in a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract with the ability to issue Firm Fixed Price, Labor Hour, Fixed Price Incentive (Firm), Cost Plus Fixed Fee, and Cost-Plus Incentive Fee task orders. The contract will have an effective ordering period of 10 years from the contracts effective date.
