Liquid Urethane Rubber Kits

The Department of the Army, Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at Fort Drum, is seeking the procurement of three liquid urethane rubber kits under solicitation number W911S225U1871. This requirement is designated as an SBA Small Business Administration set-aside and is classified under NAICS code 326299, All Other Rubber Product Manufacturing, and PSC 9320, Rubber Fabricated Materials. Each kit must consist of Liquid Urethane Rubber Mix 50, V-Polymer, in 55-gallon drum units containing Part A and Part B.

The rubber mix is intended for casting pigmented or colored concrete and must feature a 1-to-1 mix ratio by both volume and weight. Technical specifications require a 60-minute pot life, a 16-hour cure time, a Shore Hardness of 50 A, and a mixed viscosity of 2,000 cps. The material must cure with negligible shrinkage—less than .001 inches per inch—to produce a durable, off-white rubber that does not require vacuum degassing. Additionally, the cured mold must be compatible with any mold release agent rather than a specific brand.

The delivery schedule requires a lead time of 30 days or less. Two kits are due within 30 days of award, followed by the remaining kit 30 days after the initial delivery.
