This acquisition is being conducted under FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation, and FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Proposals will be evaluated using the factors identified in the RFP. Noncompliance may be grounds to eliminate the proposal from consideration of contract award.
RFP has been issued on 16 May 2025 and closes on 16 June 2025. All questions related to this RFP must be submitted in writing to the POCs identified below, no later than close of business on 23 May 2025. Any questions received after that date may not be answered.
A preproposal conference, to be conducted via Microsoft Teams, is tentatively scheduled for 29 May 2025. Agenda and dial-in information will be updated to this notice once they are finalized.
