Changes to the Statement of Work include Section 4.2.8. Included with this amendment is the following attachment, with changes included in red text for quick reference: 2.2.1- 70B06C24R00000036 A0002 Attachment 1 - Statement of Work.pdf Additionally, the government would like to clarify its interpretation of Statement of Work (SOW) Sections 2.3 and 4.1.3. For solicitation and source selection purposes, the inclusion of an NIJ Notice of Compliance letter for each ballistic make/model at time of proposal submission meets all government requirements contained in SOW Sections 2.3 and 4.1.3.
