Fully Refined Paraffin Wax - Guam

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Wildlife Services intends to procure fully refined paraffin wax for use in Guam and the islands of the Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas. The wax is a critical component in manufacturing feed blocks used to service Brown Treesnake (BTS) traps. These blocks are created by using the paraffin wax to combine various bird seeds, grains, and pellets into a solid form.

The solicitation, identified by number 12639524Q0016, is classified under NAICS code 324110 for Petroleum Refineries and PSC 9160 for Miscellaneous Waxes, Oils, and Fats. This requirement is designated as a Small Business Administration (SBA) set-aside.
