The Defense Logistics Agency, Aviation, Robins AFB, GA, will acquire the following for the B-1B aircraft: NSN 5865017091025EW, Part Number 353A000, Band 8 RFS NSN 5865017089287EW, Part Number 353A100-1, Preprocessor Avionics Control Unit Drawings/Data are not available from the procuring activity. SPRWA1-24-R-0006 is a written request for proposal for a firm-fixed price requirements contract with 3 ordering periods with Best Estimated Quantities as follows: Ordering Period 1: Band 8 RFS- 54 each EPACU- 54 each Ordering Period 2: Band 8 RFS- 54 each EPACU- 18 each Ordering Period 3: Band 8 RFS- 54 each EPACU- 18 each This contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Lockheed Martin, CAGE 03640, Owego, NY, a large business, pursuant to 10 USC 23094(c)(1) under Corporate Contract SPE4AX22D9000. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Data is not available for this acquisition. However, all proposals received within thirty days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
