View moreNOTE: Offerors shall designate a primary Point-of-Contact who will be responsible for managing and submitting the required forms and proof of U.S. citizenship for its employees and subcontractor/supplier Companies and employees and to liaison with the Government. Forms shall be submitted in alphabetical order first by Company Name and then alphabetically by Last Name of individuals of the Company. Also, a List of Personnel for each Company shall be submitted.
The RFP, including the drawings and specifications, can be accessed at https://sam.gov. Printed copies of the RFP will not be issued. Contractors must register at the System for Award Management (SAM) website https://sam.gov to obtain access to the RFP documents. Registration instructions can be found on the SAM website. Once registered in SAM, the Offeror’s designated primary Point-of-Contact must request explicit access to the controlled RFP documents. An email will be forwarded once the contracting office has approved or declined the request. Approved contractors may view and/or download the controlled RFP documents. Offerors shall be responsible for distributing the RFP to eligible subcontractors and suppliers whose forms have been received and who have been vetted as eligible.
