The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Elkton, OH is issuing solicitation 15B21626Q00000003 for the replacement of various, specified centrifugal pumps which are linked to the existing boilers and deliver heated water to the Federal Correctional Institution. The pumps are to be delivered to FCI Elkton. This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business Concerns, FOB Destination. The contract type is firm-fixed price. Past performance and price will be considered with price being rated higher than past performance.
