The Purpose of this Amendment is correct the page number for ATF-50 Clause which is located on page 10. See attached Solicitation Amendment. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12 & 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Proposals are being requested. This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) and the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through (FAC) 2019-06. The solicitation number associated with this combined Synopsis/Solicitation is #15A00020R00000001. Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Prospective vendors must be actively registered with the System for Awards Management (SAM) website at http://www.sam.gov. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items and FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items applies to this acquisition.
