Worldwide Paint Program

The Military Sealift Command (MSC), under the Department of the Navy, has issued solicitation N3220524R4094 for the Worldwide Paint Program. This requirement encompasses the procurement of paints, coatings, solvents, and preservation products, along with associated engineering and technical services for the MSC fleet. The contractor is responsible for providing these products and services on a worldwide basis for MSC and United States Ship (USS) Navy vessels, as well as other government-owned or government-chartered ships designated by the agency.
