Diesel Fuel for Amman, Jordan

Proposals are requested under Request for Proposals (RFP) SP0600-12-R-0246, for the following: 1. Diesel fuel #2 or commercial equivalent, NSN 9140-00-286-5294, delivered to King Abdullah II Special Operations Training Center, Amman, Jordan. Performance period is six months from the date of award. Delivery is FOB Destination with an estimated monthly quantity of 4,300 USG. A 3-month extension period is included and will be evaluated. 2. At this time U.S. Government storage is not available at the delivery site. Options for storage are requested. Examples would be a bulk fuel container with pump, filter, and meter, a truck that could remain on site to be refilled or exchanged, or an iso container with pump, filter, and meter. All options for storage are welcome and will be evaluated. Offerors are advised that the Government anticipates a single award from this solicitation. Offerors who provide pricing for both Diesel Fuel #2 and fuel storage will be evaluated first. The Government reserves the right to not make an award if the price of Diesel Fuel #2 and fuel storage is evaluated to be unreasonably high. If an award cannot be made after this evaluation, offers that provide pricing for only Diesel Fuel #2 will be evaluated. Multiple awards will not result from this solicitation.
