OPM Integrated Security Maintenance Systems Maintenance & Repair

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is seeking maintenance and repair services for its Integrated Security Maintenance Systems (ISMS). This requirement covers OPM facilities where the agency manages its own physical security, including the Theodore Roosevelt Federal Building in Washington, DC, and sites in Boyers, East Butler, and Cranberry, PA, as well as Macon, GA. The contractor will provide management, supervision, labor, and equipment to maintain and install ISMS components. This is a full and open competition under solicitation 24322626R0008. The government plans to award a firm-fixed-price contract with a one-year base period and four one-year options.
