This is a SYNOPSIS OF CONTRACT AWARD. This synopsis is to announce award of a contract in accordance with FAR subpart 5.3. No proposals are being requested or accepted with this synopsis. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. On March 29, 2016 NAVSUP FLC Norfolk, Philadelphia Office, located at 700 Robbins Ave Philadelphia PA 19111 awarded multiple award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, cost-plus-fixed-fee, firm-fixed-price task order contracts to provide curriculum analyses and planning services in support of Naval Education Training Commands Naval Training Products and Services Program. Awards were made to the following firms at a total estimated value as follows; Camber Corporation, 670 Discovery Drive, Huntsville, Ala. 35806-2802 in the total estimated amount of $143,587,106; Carley Corporation, 12802 Science Drive, Suite 300, Orlando, Fla. 32826-3019 in the total estimated amount of $140,208,558; Sonalysts, Inc., 215 Parkway North, P.O. Box 280, Waterford, Conn. 06385-1209 in the total estimated amount of $154,281,014; Cape Henry Associates, Inc., 2877 Guardian Lane, Suite 300, Virginia Beach, Va. 23452-7328 in the total estimated amount of $120,563,486; General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc., 3211 Jermantown Road, Fairfax, Va. 22030-2844 in the total estimated amount of $122,329,296; and Logistic Services International, Inc., 6111 Technology Court, Jacksonville, Fla. 32221-8104 in the total estimated amount of $136,428,310. Each contract will run concurrently and includes a 36-month base ordering period and 36-month option period. Work is expected to be completed by April 2019; if all options are exercised, work will be completed by April 2022. The awards were made in response to proposals submitted under a competitive full and open, unrestricted RFP N00189-14-R-Z037. Work will be performed 100 percent in contractor facilities in response to awarded task orders and cannot be reasonably estimated at the time of contract award.
