Conservation and Stabilization of the Plaster and Decorative Paint at the President’s Room Ceiling, United States Capitol Building

The Architect of the Capitol (AOC), through the Acquisition and Material Management Division, is soliciting proposals for the conservation and stabilization of the plaster and decorative paint at the President’s Room ceiling, located in Room S-216 of the United States Capitol Building.
