AT Coach Simulators and Licensing

The Department of the Air Force intends to award a sole source contract to UFA Inc. for the procurement of ATCoach Radar Simulator systems and licensing. This requirement is being fulfilled under the authority of FAR 6.103-1(b), as the government has determined that only one source is capable of meeting the specific technical needs for these simulators. Performance will take place in Biloxi, MS, and is classified under NAICS 334111 Electronic Computer Manufacturing and PSC 7E21 IT and Telecom - Mobile Device Products (Hardware and Perpetual License Software). There is no set-aside designated for this action.
