The Federal Prison System, Bureau of Prisons, CO Business Office, is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation under solicitation number SV0105-20. Federal Prison Industries (FPI) seeks a contractor to market various HVAC filters manufactured at its Texarkana, Texas, facility to federal government agencies. The selected contractor will be responsible for proposing comprehensive HVAC and air filtration solutions to federal customers while achieving specific sales goals to sustain factory operations.

Under this agreement, FPI will purchase all necessary manufacturing materials for the filter production process directly from the contractor. Additionally, the contractor must provide manufacturing support to the Texarkana facility, particularly regarding the development and production of new proposed products. This requirement falls under NAICS code 333413, Industrial and Commercial Fan and Blower and Air Purification Equipment Manufacturing, and PSC 4130, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Components.
