The Federal Prison System Bureau of Prisons is soliciting community-based outpatient substance use and mental health treatment services for male and female inmates residing at a local Residential Reentry Center and on home confinement in Boise, Idaho. Under solicitation 15BCTS21Q00000041, the contractor will provide comprehensive care including intake assessments, individual and group counseling for both substance use and mental health, psychiatric evaluations, crisis intervention, medication administration and monitoring, and transportation. These requirements are classified under NAICS 621420 for Outpatient Mental Health and Substance Abuse Centers and PSC G004 for Social- Social Rehabilitation.

All services must be performed by clinicians who hold professional licenses to practice independently and without supervision in the state of Idaho. The contractor’s facility must be located within a 10-mile radius of the United States Post Office at 770 S. 13th St., Boise, ID 83708, and within a half-mile of public transportation to ensure inmate access during adverse weather.
