UPDATE -07 APRIL 2026: The purpose of amendment 0001 is to: 1) Update subcontractor facility clearance and NATO access requirements in Section M2.1.1 and L1.2.2; 2) Update Section J with a revised Attachment 1 (DD254) and to add Attachment 12 (Government answer to RFP Q&A) and 13 (Word Document version of Section I and K. The Phase One proposal deadline remains unchanged; 3) Make minor corrections to the Performance Work Statement in Section C for Tasks 6.1 and 6.2; and 4) Update Section L2.2.0 and Table 1.1 to include the Glossary of Abbreviations and Acronyms.
