Solid Waste Management Refuse and Recycling

The Army Contracting Command at Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) is seeking non-hazardous refuse, bulk waste, and recycling services for Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), the Adelphi Laboratory Center (ALC), and their satellite locations. This procurement is a 100% 8(a) set-aside under NAICS 562111. The contractor will manage collection and removal across more than 75,000 acres and 1,700 buildings, including specialized metal recycling zones and restricted access areas. This is a single-award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five-year performance period, consisting of a base year and four options.
