PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Solicitation No.: 19GE5022R0111 The American Consulate General, Frankfurt provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice regarding the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for: HVAC Maintenance Services for US Consulate Naples, Italy The Regional Procurement Support Office in Frankfurt, Germany intends to issue a RFP and award a Firm-Fixed Priced type contract during the third quarter of calendar year 2022. The U.S. Consulate General in Naples Italy requires a building maintenance service qualified Contractor to perform preventive maintenance services on US Government owned properties HVAC systems. The Contractor shall furnish managerial, administrative and direct operational personnel to accomplish all work as required in this contract. The Contractor shall designate an English speaking representative who shall supervise the Contractor's workforce and be the Contractor's liaison with the U.S. Government. The contract will be for a one-year period from the date of the contract award, with 4 (four) one-year options. Details of your findings and a description of what your organization will actually be required to undertake to obtain licensing; and c. Specific information concerning the period of time you anticipate it will take to obtain appropriate authorization. You will be required to provide information that clearly shows you are able to perform work in the country of Italy and conduct business there, taking into consideration any current COVID-19 related restrictions and the cost of compliance with any quarantine requirements. Any entry or work visa issues requirements must be clearly discussed with a plan to mitigate any risk clearly identified.
