Solicitation# SPE7M518RX011 PR#: 1000067474 NSN: 5965-01-446-1483 Item Description: Headset, Microphone Type of Set Aside: Unrestricted NAICS Code: 334310 Size Standard: 750 AMC/AMSC: 3/Q Item is solicited under Other Than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1) in accordance with FAR 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract for only approved source(s) or their suppliers under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2340 (c)(1). Approved source(s): David Clark Co., Inc. (71483) P/N 12507G-30 Davis Clark Co., Inc. (71483) P/N 40074G-02 For those sources who are interested in becoming an approved source, Procurement Note L04 (Offers for Part Numbered Items) and Procurement Note M06 (Evaluation of Offers for Part Numbered Items), outlines the Offeror's requirements and will be included in the solicitation.
