SOLICITATION AMENDMENT 0001 - On February 8th, 2024, the Solicitation was amended to incorporate the "Request for Information Governmental Response 2024 02 08".Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment "SF30 RFI Response Solicitation Amendment 47PM1024Q0007_0001 2024 02 08.pdf prior to the hour and date specified in the solicitation or as amended, by one of the following methods: (a) By completing items 8 and 15, and returning or (c) By separate letter or electronic communication which includes a reference to the solicitation and amendment numbers. FAILURE OF YOUR ACKNOWLEDGMENT TO BE RECEIVED AT THE PLACE DESIGNATED FOR THE RECEIPT OF OFFERS PRIOR TO THE HOUR AND DATE SPECIFIED MAY RESULT IN REJECTION OF YOUR OFFER. If by virtue of this amendment you desire to change an offer already submitted, such change may be made by letter or electronic communication, provided each letter or electronic communication makes reference to the solicitation and this amendment, and is received prior to the opening hour and date specified. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. This acquisition will be made as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside (FAR 19.14), with a size standard of $29.0 million. Please see the attached Statement of Work for a description of the required services and source requirements. Also see the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation document for quote submission instrutions, estimated Period of Performance, applicable clauses and provisions, and other information pertaining to this acquisition. This contract will be Firm-Fixed Price per the Contract Line Item Number structure outlined in Attachment 5 - Pricing Schedule.
