36c24520Q0172: The intent of these specifications, terms , and conditions, is to describe the service and responsibility of the Veterans Affairs Facility at the Martinsburg, WV VA Medical Center located at 510 Butler Avenue, Martinsburg, WV 25405. This procurement is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. Work includes but not limited to: The contractor shall provide service as described in the solicitation. The firm must be approved under NAICS:561621, size standard $20.5. Prospective contractors must be registered and current in the following websites: https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov and www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM to be eligible for award. Only SDVOSB Firms currently verified in the Veterans Information Pages (VIP) at www.vetbiz.gov are eligible to submit bids/offers. SD VOSB firms that submit bid/offers for SDVOSB set-asides that are not listed on VIP will be deemed nonresponsive. Solicitation documents will be available on or about 3/9/2020.
