The Contractor shall provide individuals for the positions listed within to perform pharmaceutical services at the Billings Area IHS, herein referred to as BAIHS. These services shall be performed in accordance with all federal, state, local laws and regulations, commercial professional standards, Indian Health Service policy and practice standards, The Joint Commission (TJC) and the Performance-based Work Statement (PWS).
