The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO 21) is soliciting information from contractors that can provide Maintenance services for American Samoa Veterans Affairs Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) for VA Pacific Islands Health Care System a draft copy of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached.
