USDA Forest Service, Region 2, Southern Tier multi-forest cone collection IDIQ contract. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 1282CS20R0002 and is issued as a request for proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-04. This requirement is solicited as a Set-Aside for Small Business Concerns (Total Small Business Set-Aside) under NAICS code 115310, Support Activities for Forestry with a U. S. Small Business Administration size standard of $8 million. This is a requirement cone collection for multiple forests in the Southern Tier of Region 2 (Colorado). The intent is to award one or more Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts with a base plus up to four option years to provide a solution for cone collection for the San Juan, Rio Grande, Pike-San Isabel, and Grand Mesa-Uncompahgre-Gunnison National Forests.
