THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is NOT a solicitation or pre-solicitation and this notice does not guarantee that a solicitation will be posted in the future. This information is being submitted for the purpose of seeking sources only. Fort Polk, LA seeks small business sources to provide Custodial Services to various buildings and activities located on North and South Fort Polk Louisiana, Toledo Bend (Lake) Recreation Site (TBRS) and England Air Park Passenger Processing Facility (PPF) in Alexandria, La. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, management, tools, supplies, transportation, labor, equipment, and other items and services necessary to perform Custodial Services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) except where specified as Government furnished. The Governments intent is to award a firm fixed-price Indefinite delivery/Indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract with the intent to acquire services by issuance of monthly delivery orders that specify a required performance level for each facility type according to 3 levels of service (Red, Amber, or Green) for each Service Support Program (SSP). Performance Work Statement: See attachment Information obtained as a result of this notice will be used in completion of market research to determine the level of interest, particularly small business interest, in providing the required Custodial Services as specified to locations cited in the above paragraph. The following information must be submitted with each response: (1) Name, address of company, point of contact, and phone number (2) Small Business declaration statement (if applicable) as defined by the Small Business Administration, (3) Central Contractor Registration (www.bpn.gov) and Online Representations and Certifications Application (orca.bpn.gov) proof of registration or statement of intent to register.
