This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Subpart 13.5 procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (A) The solicitation number is 70Z08425QDL940001 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes (oral quotes will not be accepted). This requirement is for the U.S Coast Guard to purchase PAC-13 MESF Drill Berthing. Use Attachment Pricing Sheet to submit quote. (B) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-05. (C) This acquisition is issued as 100% TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The associated NAICS code is 721110 and the PSC code is V231. The type of contract is a FIRM FIXED PRICE. (I) Date, time and place offers are due. Offers are due by 11 December 2024, 09:00 AM Pacific Time.
