Description of the Requirement: Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) has a regional requirement for both recurring and non-recurring, performance based, crane inspection, maintenance & certification services, within the Washington Navy Yard (WNY) and various surrounding regional locations throughout the Washington DC Metropolitan area. Set-Aside / Competition Strategy: This requirement will be procured as a sole source under authority Article 10 of the United States Code (U.S.C.), Section 2304(c)(1), as implemented at Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subsection 6.302-1, One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
