This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is GST0309R3BIO and is issued as a Request for Quotes. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 517110, Wired Telecommunications Carriers. This requirement is unrestricted and only qualified contractors may submit quotes. The Government seeks to provide Point to Point OC3 service as well as PRI local service for Biometrics, Inc. See the attached Requirements Document for a description including the part numbers, locations and required quantities. This requirement contains a one-year base term and two (2) one-year option terms. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial, applies to this acquisition.
