View moreAccordingly, this Solicitation, while pertaining fundamentally to commercial items (“News Clips Services for DOT”), also has certain features typically associated with FAR Part 15 acquisitions, including: (a) specified Evaluation Criteria; and (b) a specified “Best Value” selection-process, in which each offeror’s overall attained technical standing will be more important than the offeror’s total proposed price; and (c) a reserved right for DOT to establish a Competitive Range or a Limited Competitive Range pertaining to the proposals received by DOT in response to this Solicitation.
The DOT anticipates the award of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract from this RFP. The resultant award shall consist of five years: one (1) base period and four (4) one year option periods. The basis for award is Best Value.
The NAICS Code 519290 - Web Search Portals and All Other Information Services. Small Business size standard is 1000 Employees.
