SVBU Regression Testing Targets

The Department of the Air Force, AFLCMC EBHK, has issued a pre-solicitation notice under solicitation number FA8213-26-R-B004 for contractor service support for an upcoming three-day flight test. The scope of work includes the refurbishment of three existing Unmanned Ground Vehicles (UGVs) and six trailers, as well as the transport of all vehicles and support equipment to the test site. These assets must be laser-safe, capable of operating in remote or austere environments on smooth unimproved dirt surfaces, and able to perform rapid acceleration, deceleration, and 90-degree turns. The contractor is responsible for all personnel, including a mechanic and a representative to assist with test planning, as well as the removal of all vehicles and debris from the range upon test completion.

The UGVs and trailers require mounting positions for government-owned cameras and must feature easily replaceable material on the top and sides of the trailers. Preferred UGV configurations include four-wheel drive, though front-wheel drive is acceptable.
