NOAA/NOS Coastal Geospatial Services

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), via the Eastern Acquisition Division on behalf of the National Ocean Service Office for Coastal Management, is seeking highly qualified firms to provide professional geospatial services. These services support various local, state, and regional coastal resource management needs. This solicitation, identified by number NCNP0000-20-00118, is classified under NAICS 541370 Surveying and Mapping (except Geophysical) Services and PSC C219 Architect and Engineering- General: Other. The government intends to award up to five contracts through a full and open competition process.

Selection is conducted in accordance with the Selection of Architects and Engineers Statute and FAR Subpart 36.6 for Architect-Engineer Services, based on the demonstrated competence and qualifications of prospective firms. Seven attachments support this requirement, including a Statement of Work, a Labor Category Crosswalk, and several amendments to the Request for SF330s. Submissions are evaluated based on the SF330 forms provided by responding firms.

The deadline for responses is October 15, 2020, at 3:00 p.m. ET. Firms are required to submit hard copy original SF330 responses to the Eastern Acquisition Division in Norfolk, Virginia, which serves as the official time-stamp submission. These physical copies must be sent no earlier than October 12, 2020, and firms must provide tracking information and estimated arrival dates to the designated points of contact via email. Electronic copies of the responses are also required as part of the submission process.
