Amendment 004 The purpose of Amendment 004 is to: 1) Provide the Government's Response to questions submitted 2) Update the Request for Proposal, in accordance with answers provided in the revised Attachment 4 3) Update the Statement of Work, in accordance with answers provided in the revised Attachment 4 4) Extend the Proposal Submission Due date to 2 April 2024. 5) The submission date for Questions has passed and the Government will no longer accept any additional questions. 6) Incorporate additional applicable provisions and clauses *If there is a lapse in appropriations, which results in DHS being shut down, the Government will provide a confirmation of receipt for your proposal once the Government reopens. The due date for proposal submission will remain April 2, 2024 at 10:00AM EST.* The Offeror is required to submit separate volumes of its Technical and Price Proposal in accordance with the RFP to the Contract Specialists by email at [email protected] and [email protected] as well as the Contracting Officer by email at [email protected] no later than the Proposal cut-off time of April 2, 2024, 10:00AM Eastern.
